Qventus is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our Web Applications Platform team. You will own shared services, including authentication and configuration, and guide the build/deploy path into hospital environments.

You will also set technical direction and collaborate with stakeholders to shape roadmaps for multiple applications. You’ll lead cross‑team efforts, ensuring secure, compliant code and platforms, while advancing AI-enabled coding practices and developer tooling across the

Qualifications

5+ years building and operating production software.
Experience on a platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing team.
Strong Python, Django, and FastAPI skills.
Real depth in Kubernetes and GitOps delivery (Helm, ArgoCD).
Experience owning an authentication / authorization system.
Excellent project management skills: breaking down, estimating, sequencing, and communicating about work in progress.
Clear written and verbal communication; influential beyond one team.

Responsibilities

Be the technical lead of the Web Applications Platform team.
Own the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and write code or configurations as needed.
Lead cross-team efforts to make architectural choices impacting multiple applications.
