Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Input data into EMRs, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Review data for completeness and report discrepancies.
• Ensure patient information transfers correctly between EMRs.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Scan and upload documents with proper labeling.
• Address basic data-related queries from team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.
