Job summary

Mountain Park Health Center in Phoenix seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise data infrastructure powering clinical, operational, and strategic decisions. You will develop reliable pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and Dataverse solutions, integrating data from diverse sources to deliver accurate, actionable information.

Collaborate with IT and clinical stakeholders to modernize data architecture, enable AI/ML innovations, and strengthen interoperability in care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Engineering/Healthcare Informatics or related field.
At least 5 years IT experience.
Experience with Azure cloud and SQL Server data tools.
3+ years Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

Designs, builds, implements, and maintains scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Supports predictive modeling use cases such as no-show risk and population health insights.
Develops real-time and scheduled data workflows for operational decisions.
Establishes data quality standards, validation, and governance.
Enables interoperability with HL7, FHIR, APIs, SFTP and flat files.
Partners with stakeholders to identify predictive analytics use cases and data architecture needs.
Monitors and optimizes data pipelines and storage for performance and reliability.
Collaborates across teams to ensure data usability and trust for internal customers.
Maintains clear technical documentation and communicates with technical and non-technical audiences.
