Job summary

The Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks a Senior Data Design and Analytics Manager to lead data systems that support clinical, research, and operational initiatives. You will manage a team of data scientists and deliver ML/AI solutions for advanced analytics and decision-making.

You will collaborate with physicians, researchers, and IT to align data solutions with institutional needs, while scaling dashboards, ETL pipelines, and secure internal web apps across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, data analytics, and data engineering within healthcare or academic settings.
• Strong SQL, T-SQL, Python, C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core proficiency.
• Familiarity with Epic Systems data workflows preferred and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data infrastructure and end-to-end data workflows.
• Develop secure internal web apps and administrative portals.
• Create enterprise dashboards and analytics for leadership and clinicians.
• Migrate legacy apps to modern .NET platforms and manage integrations.
• Apply ML/AI techniques for clinical and operational insights.
• Automate pipelines with SSIS/SSRS and enforce data governance.
