Job summary

Alivio Medical Center Inc is seeking a Data Analyst in Chicago to collect, analyze, and present a wide range of data to support decisions across operations, finance, and clinical services.

You will build dashboards, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable insights while collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals and ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Statistics or similar preferred.
• Experience in a safety-net healthcare setting (FQHC) preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy (HIPAA) requirements.
• Familiarity with HRSA UDS reporting and quality measures (HEDIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and present clinical, operational, financial, and organizational data for decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support performance.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement across departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and other financial/operational activities as needed.
• Validate data accuracy and improve data integrity across systems.
• Prepare clear presentations and summaries of analytical findings for leadership.
