Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in or have at least 1 year experience in Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in healthcare data, performance measurement, reporting, or quality improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; beginner to intermediate in R, STATA, SPSS, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and preparation activities across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
• Help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through analysis of healthcare and operational data.
• Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity for reporting and decision-making.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by monitoring performance indicators and supporting ongoing measurement activities.
