Job summary

Jobgether SRL's partner company seeks a Healthcare Data Analytics Associate based in the United States to build reliable, scalable data and analytics solutions. You will design and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, reports, and dashboards across multiple client engagements.

This role blends hands-on analytics engineering with data quality, integration, and governance, using SQL, Azure data environments, Power Query, DAX, and secure data ingestion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years hands-on with Power BI and semantic models, measures, and refresh policies.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience for analytics.
• Experience designing analytics-ready data models; star schema knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Azure analytics environments and multiple data formats (flat files, JSON).
• Attention to data quality, documentation, and analytical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and client stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, reports, and dashboards across client engagements.
• Develop scalable data models, DAX calculations, measures, and reporting structures for high‑performance analytics.
• Prepare, transform, and shape data using SQL, Power Query, and Azure data sources.
• Coordinate dataset refreshes, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data or performance issues.
• Perform data quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of data for reporting.
• Translate business requirements into clear Power BI dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support Azure-based data environments including Azure SQL, Data Factory pipelines, and SFTP integrations.
• Handle secure healthcare data ingestion with appropriate privacy and governance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to resolve issues and support multiple engagements.
