Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. seeks a Data Analytics & BI Manager to lead enterprise data systems, reporting, and analytics across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative areas. You will partner with leadership and vendors to ensure timely, compliant data to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements.

You'll oversee data architecture, integration, and BI development while supporting Netsmart myEvolv and other core applications, enabling scalable, data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/BI or related field is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years designing and managing data warehouses and BI environments.
• Five years advanced SQL development experience.
• Five years creating/managing Crystal Reports or equivalent reporting.
• Three years of business process analysis and improvement.
• Experience with SPSS, SAS, R, or Python for analytics.
• Experience with healthcare data, Netsmart myEvolv preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage data warehouses, data pipelines, and data governance.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to translate needs into reporting solutions.
• Maintain data structures, metadata, and reporting logic documentation.
• Integrate data across HRIS, finance, billing, and clinical systems.
