Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. seeks a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data systems and BI tools.

You will oversee data architecture, reporting, governance, and dashboards to support clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory needs. You will collaborate with leadership, program teams, finance, and external vendors, driving data quality, integration, and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and managing databases, data warehouses, BI environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage enterprise data warehouse and data architecture.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for clinical, operational, financial, and compliance needs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across reporting environments.
• Translate raw EHR data into structured datasets for research and operational use.
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors to deliver timely, actionable analytics.
