• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of professional experience in data analysis or related role.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; familiarity with statistical tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases and structures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify data requirements with managers and stakeholders.
• Design SQL queries, extract data, and analyze results.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop BI reports in Power BI or QlikView.
• Support routine reporting and health plan performance tracking.
