Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Investigate data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze data.
