Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics within healthcare operations or health tech.
• Fluency in healthcare operations and understanding how care delivery runs.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable business impact.
• Experience with SQL and Snowflake to build efficient queries.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks across patient journeys and advocate workflows.
• Model capacity, throughput, and staffing to support growth.
• Build scalable analytics and dashboards for Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Collaborate with engineering to keep data models clean and reliable and refine SQL/dbt transformations.
• Synthesize technical findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Wrangle complex data, including nested JSON and healthcare datasets, to extract signal.
