McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a Full-time Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on planning and managing data projects, analyzing data from enterprise platforms, and reporting findings to leadership and the Board of Trustees.

The ideal candidate will have a health analytics background, SQL skills, and experience with BI tools, while supporting HIPAA compliance and data governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health analytics, data analysis, or data science required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong background in statistical methods and data interpretation.
• Experience with data quality assessment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage data-related projects and initiatives.
• Analyze data from enterprise software to assess program performance.
• Coordinate with data contributors to improve data quality.
• Create SQL queries and develop reports and visualizations.
• Build dashboards and data visualizations with stakeholders.
• Document report specifications and training materials.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies including HIPAA compliance.
