Job summary

University of Florida’s Department of Emergency Medicine seeks a Data Management Analyst III to analyze performance data, develop KPIs, and produce real-time dashboards for senior leadership. The role emphasizes data governance, accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include reporting to leadership, ensuring data quality, and delivering insights that drive continuous performance improvement across the department and UF Health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in performance measurement, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience in healthcare operations, data governance best practices, and communicating data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance measurement and analysis, including KPI development and trend forecasting.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to tailor analytical support.
• Liaise with DSS team to build and update Emergency Medicine data reports.
