You will rely on SQL, Excel, Python or R, and PowerBI to develop reports, present findings to non-technical stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and support large cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with large databases, data verification, and data management.
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages.
• Python and R knowledge preferred.
• PowerBI knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and analyze data from claims, provider, member, and encounters data to identify trends and business impact.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and scripts using SQL and Excel.
• Contribute to planning and execution of large-scale projects with limited direction.
• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing process improvements and automation.
• Identify root causes of data irregularities and present solutions to leadership.
• Manage multiple data review tasks with limited supervision to meet timelines.
• Demonstrate ownership of projects and ask questions to understand business value.
• Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and interpret how customers interact with analytics.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather requirements and validate results.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
