Job summary

CarePoint in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst II to design, develop, and implement advanced analytical solutions across clinical service lines. The role acts as the Power BI architect and coordinates PostgreSQL data infrastructures to drive quality, patient experience, and revenue insights.

You will work with executive leadership on KPI definitions, build enterprise data models, and lead ETL processes using Python and AWS Lambda while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Database Technologies.
• 12 months of experience in data analytics/data science or business intelligence.
• Experience with ICD-10 and CPT codes for clinical and financial data modeling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and enterprise data modeling in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analyses and predictive models to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop enterprise-level data models and dashboards in Power BI for clinical and operational metrics.
• Lead ETL processes and data pipelines using Python and AWS Lambda.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and HIPAA compliance across service lines.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business needs into analytical roadmaps.
