Responsibilities include driver analysis, dashboard creation, and translating business needs into actionable insights using SQL, Tableau, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, informatics, statistics, public health, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of professional analytics-related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Experience with healthcare data sets such as patient records and claims data

Responsibilities

• Define analysis requirements and interprets analytic results, identify primary drivers
• Conduct driver analyses to identify key factors influencing health outcomes
• Perform in-depth data analyses of reports and datasets (claims, pharmacy data) and offer business recommendations
• Assist stakeholders with standardized reports and analytics for population management and quality improvement
• Collaborate with end users to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Create dashboards and visual displays for clear performance views
• Use advanced querying techniques for complex data manipulation and analyses
