Job summary

Fair Haven Community Health Care in New Haven, CT is seeking a Data Analyst II to gather, organize, analyze and present data to support decisions that advance FHCHC’s mission. You'll extract data, maintain databases, and create reports and dashboards that reveal trends and insights for improving programs and operations.

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Director, you will work with staff across departments to ensure data quality, governance, and timely delivery of metrics, while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, engineering, or information systems.
• 5 years’ experience in data analysis and analytics within healthcare settings.
• Strong data governance, data quality and documentation skills.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to support organizational decisions and BI reporting.
• Develops and maintains databases and data pipelines.
• Creates dashboards and reports to inform performance and quality improvements.
• Collaborates with staff and stakeholders on data requirements.
• Ensures data governance and data quality across healthcare data.
