What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and interpret healthcare datasets including claims, EHR, and clinical data
• Assist in creating dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports
• Work with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python for data cleaning and reporting
• Support business and clinical stakeholders with actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Health, Statistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Knowledge of data tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, R, or SAS) through coursework, internships, or training
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with healthcare concepts (EHR, claims, ICD/CPT codes) is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (CPT/OPT/H1B applicants welcome)

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with healthcare reporting or quality metrics
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid or payer-provider systems
