Position Overview

The Client Data Specialist is responsible for managing client, matter, and timekeeper data within firm software applications. The role involves liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service, data accuracy, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure data integrity in systems like 3E, Case Management, and Intapp Open.
• Maintain and synchronize data flow between systems.
• Communicate with attorneys and clients as needed.
• Prepare and distribute client/matter reports.
• Coordinate data entry and updates across systems.
• Assist with client development projects and conduct training/support for legal teams.
• Review outside counsel guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to maintain data accuracy.
• Escalate issues to firm leadership as necessary.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Compensation & Benefits
