Job summary

Verse Medical, Inc. is hiring a Data Analyst to turn data into decisions in a hybrid role based in New York. You will partner with Sales, Ops, Product, and Leadership to define metrics, build dashboards, and automate reporting. You will translate complex questions into actionable analyses and deliver self-serve insights to guide strategy.

You will own end-to-end analytics, develop scoring/models, and work with engineers to ensure data quality and governance, including HIPAA considerations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis, BI, or analytics engineering leading reporting end-to-end.
• Strong SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and lightweight modeling.
• Experience building dashboards with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Experience developing metrics, scoring/classification models for business problems.
• Exploratory analysis on ambiguous questions with minimal direction.
• Proactive communicator with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics across business domains.
• Define metrics and standardize reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Automate recurring reports and data quality checks using Python/SQL.
• Build algorithms/models to solve provider mapping, fraud detection, or cost-of-care issues.
