Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Health Data Analyst in Chicago, IL to collect, analyze, and present clinical, operational, and financial data to support decision making. You will develop dashboards, partner with departments, and ensure data accuracy while supporting HRSA UDS reporting and quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires experience with EHR systems (eCW/athenahealth), data visualization (Tableau), and strong analytical communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in information systems, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare data environments and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (eCW, athenahealth) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical, operational, financial, and organizational data to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Support HRSA UDS reporting and other regulatory data submissions; ensure data quality and privacy compliance.
