Job summary

Fortified Health Security is a recognized leader in healthcare cybersecurity, protecting patient data and reducing risk across the ecosystem. The Solutions Architect will design tailored solutions for clients and prospects, combining technical depth with advisory guidance to mature security programs.

Responsibilities include conducting POV deployments, presenting capabilities, and collaborating with sales to scope complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
• Ability to interact with clients ranging from technical practitioners to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/cyber or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with MSSP/MDR or security consulting is a plus.
• Experience building cybersecurity programs for healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Support discovery and scoping calls, validate responses, identify technical requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to communicate solution capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive offerings aligned with Fortified’s services and capabilities.
• Lead POV deployments for managed security offerings (SIEM, MDR, XDR, IoMT).
• Support advisory opportunities by reviewing risk findings and remediation priorities.
• Lead conversations on cybersecurity, risk management, and security program maturity.
• Assist sales through technical scoping discussions and pricing inputs.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and healthcare cybersecurity technologies.
