Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking a Healthcare Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Project Manager to lead security-focused infrastructure initiatives for a 6-month engagement in the United States. You will drive patch management across edge devices and servers, coordinate NAC rollout for BYOD, and ensure least-privilege rules align with best practices.

Qualifications

• Lead cybersecurity infrastructure initiatives including patch management across edge devices and servers.
• Coordinate firewall rule cleanup and enforce least-privilege principles.
• Manage NAC deployment for BYOD environments with Cisco ISE or Workspace ONE.
• Oversee network segmentation to secure high-risk assets like medical devices.
• Integrate asset data into ServiceNow CMDB to improve visibility and security posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity infrastructure initiatives including patch management across edge devices and servers, prioritizing remediation of critical and high vulnerabilities while tracking and documenting exceptions.
• Drive firewall configuration cleanup efforts, reviewing and rationalizing rules to align with security best practices and least-privilege principles.
• Manage implementation of Network Access Controls (NAC) for BYOD environments using tools such as Cisco ISE or Workspace ONE, including coordination of rollout and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee network segmentation efforts, enabling cybersecurity teams to isolate devices via VLANs and developing strategies to secure high-risk assets such as medical devices with static IPs.
• Coordinate integration of asset and endpoint data (SCCM, Workspace ONE) into ServiceNow CMDB to improve asset visibility, data accuracy, and overall security posture.
