Baxter International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative in the United States. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, fax, and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring needs are met.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ERP systems. A flexible schedule and team collaboration are required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform routine tasks and follow standard operating procedures under moderate supervision.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Provide product information, pricing, and ordering details to customers.
• Process customer orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Escalate complex issues and/or customer complaints.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned (≤20%).
