Qualifications

• 1–2 years of medical phone experience preferred.
• Medical field experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• HIPAA rules & regulations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple calls courteously and in a timely manner.
• Route calls to the appropriate person or location.
• Meet call quotas and handle calls efficiently.
• Type and work on a computer within the EMR system.
