Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Operator in Chandler. You will manage high volumes of calls and messages, triaging to the correct department within the EMR system, and supporting clinical staff with timely responses.

The role requires resilient communication, basic computer skills, and adherence to HIPAA. This on-site position operates Monday–Friday with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Internet
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules & regulations
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
• Maintain a helpful, positive attitude which contributes to teamwork

Responsabilités

• Handle all incoming calls and messages and direct to appropriate location
• Maintain and understand the phone system and triage efficiently
• Meet call quota and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment
• Type and perform data entry on a computer
• Protect patient privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance
