What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their inquiries
- Calmly de-escalate and resolve customer issues as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be over 18 years of age
