Position Overview:

Associated Physicians Group is seeking compassionate, detail-orientedindividuals to join our Patient Support Team as Remote HealthcareCustomer Service Representatives. You'll help patientsnavigate their care journey, schedule appointments, understand theirbenefits, and resolve billing inquiries from the comfort of your home.

Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from patients regarding appointments, insurance, billing, and general inquiries.

Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Verify insurance information and assist with pre-authorizations when necessary.

Handle patient billing inquiries and guide them through payment options.

What You Need to Succeed:

High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ year experience in a healthcare customer service or administrative support role.

Proficiency in EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, AthenaHealth, Cerner) is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.

Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.

Scheduling Flexibility Includes:

Choice of 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts

Option to work weekends, evenings, or split shifts

Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week
