• Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
• Take payments.
• Explain copays/deductibles.
• Must know how to interpret and explain EOBs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Self-managed with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
• Location: Remote

Requirements:

• Customer service experience within the healthcare industry (Required).
• Ability to interpret and explain EOBs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
