Healthcare Customer Service Expert – Remote position at Tribe Staffing, LLC. Bridgewater, VA. In this role you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking home healthcare services. You will receive and respond to approximately 60–65 high‑volume calls per day from providers, referral sources, and patients. Clinical and demographic information will be collected and entered into the CareCentrix portal.

Hiring for multiple positions. Location: 100% remote. Start date: Monday, February 10, 2025. Hourly rate: $17.50 per hour plus monthly bonus incentive opportunity. Training & nesting period: 4–6 weeks. Training & nesting hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm EST. Available shift after training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm EST.
