Job Summary

Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor - work from home

Inbound Call Center - $19.00/hour

Remote positions

This position provides quality customer service by responding to inquiries from customers and documenting all cases according to policies and procedures. The goal is to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding quality and service levels. You will assist callers professionally and engagingly.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Steady Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, based on business needs between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm ET, 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CT, or 6:00 am and 6:00 pm MT.
  • Shift bidding twice a year based on performance and needs.
  • Earn $19/hour with potential bonuses.
  • Provided training, coaching, and growth opportunities.
Key Duties
  • Respond to inquiries via online customer service tools, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Input and track provider/client requests, assign cases appropriately.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Call center or telephone experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently or in a team.
