• Identify discrepancies and facilitate follow-ups to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare, track, and secure required practitioner signatures to avoid onboarding delays.
• Utilize Symplr to retrieve credentialing documents in line with regulatory acts.
• Collaborate with Richmond Health Network administration for seamless information exchange during onboarding/offboarding.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
