Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in an office setting (healthcare setting preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of emails/calls.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire packets and gather documentation for program compliance.
• Follow up on expiring documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Update provider information in databases for status and changes.
• Process submitted provider documentation and training certificates.
• Support credentialing audits and special projects.
• Maintain mailboxes and internal database for document processing.
• Assist in continuing education certificate processing.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Provider Relations.
