Responsibilities

• Support HR Director with daily operations, onboarding, and policy guidance.
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, training, performance tracking, and records.
• Process onboarding and provide orientation on HR policies and regulations.
• Respond to HR inquiries and maintain confidential employee records.
• Provide credentialing support, tracking, enrollment, and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
