Job summary

Codman Square Health Center in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Credentialing and Enrollment Coordinator to maintain provider files and ensure timely responses to privileging and enrollment requests. You will coordinate with Boston Medical Center and CAS, monitor documentation, and ensure compliance with NCQA and Medicaid requirements.

• Working knowledge of NCQA, Medicaid and other regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with medical staff hiring committee to document new medical staff hires.
• Submit and track provider data with privileging/appointment partners (BMC).
• Distribute welcome onboarding letters and timelines to new providers.
• Follow up with BMC to set up provider profiles and initial appointments.
• Act as liaison between BMC and providers for enrollment requests.
• Monitor tracking systems for updates and missing documents.
• Inform committees when a provider is approved by the appointment board.
