Job summary

The Klick Group is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead the copy function across key client accounts, shaping brand voice and directing creative output. You will partner with art leadership to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure high-quality, compliant work.

You will also manage and mentor a team of writers, balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. A strong healthcare marketing background and experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years in copywriting or related creative field.
• Experience leading copy across complex brands or accounts.
• Strong understanding of healthcare/pharma marketing and regulated reviews.
• Translate complex clinical info into clear creative.
• Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
• People-management through coaching and performance management.
• Manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Experience hiring/retaining copy talent.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare production and regulatory workflows.
• Comfort using AI in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead copy and creative direction across assigned accounts, shaping brand voice and strategy.
• Partner with art leadership to develop original ideas and solve challenges from concept to delivery.
• Review and guide output for high standards of writing, brand consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Build trusted client relationships through collaboration, presentations, and strategic discussions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Set priorities and manage team workloads, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment across Creative, Client Services, Strategy, Medical, and Production.
• Stay current on healthcare, creative, cultural, and AI trends and apply learning to the work.
