The Klick Group is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead the copy function across key client accounts, shaping brand voice and directing creative output. You will partner with art leadership to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure high-quality, compliant work.

As a Group Copy Supervisor, you'll lead the copy function across key client accounts, shaping brand voice, creative direction, and the quality of work from concept through execution. Working in close partnership with your art counterpart, you'll help solve strategic and creative challenges, strengthen client confidence, and ensure teams are delivering work that is original, relevant, and grounded in a deep understanding of the brand, category, and market.
You'll also play a significant people-leadership role. You'll manage, mentor, and develop a team of creatives while balancing a fast-moving workload across multiple assignments. Success in this role means bringing together strong creative judgment, healthcare knowledge, operational discipline, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.
