Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipes, portions, and standards to ensure meal quality.
• Assist in all preparation of resident, family, and employee meals and delivery of orders as needed.
• Monitor food temperatures to meet established goals and ensure safety.
• Supervise storage of supplies and food products; report needs to Chef Manager/Director.
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations and audits.
• Attend department meetings and participate in required trainings and certifications.
