Qualifications

• Safe knife handling skills.
• Experience operating commercial slicers, ovens, grills, large blenders, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious, flavorful meals per menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure high-quality food prep, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation in storage areas.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and accommodate dietary needs.
• Order and manage inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
