The Line Cook will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events. The role involves producing small to large batch goods using classical cooking techniques.
Responsible for preparing food for residents in a Senior Living / Healthcare environment, following standardized recipes to ensure proper quantities and high quality. Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with organizational, federal, state, and local regulations.
