Precise Behavioral, Inc. is seeking a high-caliber Controller to lead multi-entity accounting for a fast-growing behavioral health platform. The role emphasizes scalable controls, intercompany consolidation, and KPI-driven reporting across markets.

Candidates should have 10–15+ years in healthcare finance, CPA/MACC preferred, and reside in the Los Angeles, CA area to collaborate closely with operations and revenue-cycle teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• CPA and/or MACC strongly preferred.
• Controller or Assistant Controller experience in a fast-growing healthcare delivery business.
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is preferred.
• Multi-entity accounting and multi-state operations experience.
• Familiarity with PC/MSO structures and provider organization accounting.
• Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual close with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
• Build and manage a disciplined accounting function across multiple entities and states.
• Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate and manage intercompany consolidation across PC/MSO structures.
• Partner with operations and revenue cycle teams to improve visibility into collections and cash flow.
• Establish KPI-driven reporting and operational accountability across the organization.
• Coordinate annual financial audit processes with external auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Support ongoing improvement of financial controls and processes to meet institutional-quality reporting standards.
