Job summary

TekSKY is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue cycle management for a growing healthcare organization. You will lead the accounting team, drive month-end closes, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting strategic decision-making.

The role requires progressive accounting experience, CPA or MBA, and a strong background in healthcare finance and RCM.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred/required.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience managing accounting teams and medical AR.
• MIS/systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, GL, AR, and internal controls.
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial models.
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical accounts receivable.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and tax engagements.
• Provide financial and operational analysis to senior leadership.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and overall financial performance.
