Job summary

BD in Warwick, RI is seeking a Content Marketing Associate to develop, execute, and optimize content across digital platforms and omnichannel campaigns supporting surgeon education and commercial growth for GalaFLEX.

Working with AR&R Digital Marketing, you will create content, manage website updates, support social media, SEO, and MLR-governed workflows, coordinating with product marketing, digital, UX, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, PR, or related field.
• At least 2 years of content or digital marketing experience.
• Portfolio with writing, storytelling, and content design.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
• Able to work in a matrix, manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-centered content for premium aesthetics, translating clinical and product info into clear narratives.
• Apply content design principles to organize complex information into clear experiences.
• Create briefs, outlines, and assets, collaborating with designers for on-brand delivery.
• Implement SEO and AI-driven content practices using Semrush.
• Manage GalaFLEX social calendar, posts, and community interactions within governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for drafting, approvals, and launches.
• Support MLR submission preparation and governance workflows; track status and docs.
• Maintain organized content libraries with version control and accessibility standards.
