As the Healthcare Consulting Director in Physician Enterprise, Access & Consumer, you will:

• Lead and manage teams in complex performance improvement projects, overseeing budgets, invoicing, and billing to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Utilize analytical skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance initiatives.
• Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, craft solutions, and manage expectations through impactful presentations and proposals.
• Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management within complex environments.
• Lead and develop teams through role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of consulting or performance improvement experience in healthcare, specifically in physician enterprise and access to care
• Experience in healthcare operations such as managing medical groups, faculty practices, or team-based projects focusing on process re-engineering, performance improvement, and change management; or medical group leadership in ambulatory operations, physician compensation, patient access, or physician integration.
• Project leadership experience in design and implementation within a consulting environment, focusing on post-acute, physician, or medical group performance improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% weekly (Monday-Thursday, with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed.
• Experience supervising individuals and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• US Work Authorization required.

Preferences:

• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment.

The estimated base salary range is $170,000 - $215,000, with total compensation including annual incentives estimated between $212,500 - $290,250. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, market conditions, and travel requirements. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and wellness programs.
