Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction in Utah. The role oversees MOBs, imaging centers, exam rooms, ORs, ERs, and ground-up projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with top safety standards.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with PMs, and lead onsite teams to build state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, including medical offices and imaging centers, nationwide. Salary offers $100,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with healthcare focus.
• Experience managing MOBs, imaging centers, ORs/ERs.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare construction projects from planning to on-site supervision.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Lead ground-up construction and ensure quality and compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with project management to meet client expectations.
• Enforce safety measures and conduct site inspections.
