Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, with 3+ years healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing ground-up and renovation projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, framing, and finish carpentry.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and daily site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as primary field representative, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and project management teams.
• Utilize construction management software to track activities, expenses, communications and site progress.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and drive productivity, quality and successful project execution.
