Join a leading teaching hospital in the South Bronx as a Project Manager overseeing capital construction projects up to $8M. Reporting to the Director of Planning, Design & Construction, you’ll manage projects from pre-construction to occupancy, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from RFP through closeout
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contractor oversight
• Coordinate A/E teams, prepare Certificate of Need (CON) submissions, and liaise with hospital departments
• Ensure adherence to ICRA protocols, infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct pre-bid walkthroughs, manage RFIs, review submittals, and oversee change orders
• Coordinate furniture and finish selections, move-in logistics, and punch list resolution
• Maintain organized project documentation and deliver consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred), Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
• 4–15 years’ U.S.-based experience (APM title for 4 years’ experience)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
