Job summary

McGough Construction seeks a Project Manager for healthcare projects in Minnesota. You will lead major project portions, mentor assistants, and manage scope changes, quantities, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires a four-year construction degree and 4+ years in healthcare settings, with strong collaboration and Excel proficiency. Travel to various sites and alignment with McGough Way culture are expected.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
4+ years of healthcare project experience.
Proven ability to build partnerships with owners, owners representatives, design firms and subcontractors.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Thorough and detail-oriented; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Pursuit, Preconstruction and Business Development involvement.
Develop CPM schedules with field staff and manage scheduling.
Manage RFI process and submittals with design team; track responses.
Lead project documentation, cost control, and pay applications.
Coordinate with owners, designers, subcontractors and field staff; ensure safety culture.
