Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration and technical guidance for large/complex projects.
• Oversee safety plan implementation and promote a strong on-site safety culture.
• Ensure construction aligns with design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Offer value engineering proposals to improve functionality, cost, and schedule.
• Review performance reports for safety, cost forecasts, and schedule status.
• Negotiate subcontracts and major purchase orders; monitor progress.
